Nested Travel is a planning tool. We are not a travel agency, tour operator, or booking agent, and we are not responsible for third-party services. Availability, pricing, and descriptions shown in the app come from third-party sources and may be inaccurate or out of date.
Some places in the app include links to book with a third party. Those links are provided through our partner Stay22, which forwards you to a booking site such as Booking.com or Expedia.
We are not the merchant and we are not a party to your booking. Any reservation, payment, confirmation, change, cancellation, or refund is a contract between you and the booking site or property, governed by their terms and their privacy policy. We do not hold your booking, take your payment, or have the ability to alter or cancel a reservation on your behalf.
We may earn a commission when you book through one of these links, at no additional cost to you. Earning a commission does not change what we show you: booking links do not affect search rankings or which places are recommended. Where a link is monetized, we say so at the point you choose it.
We do not guarantee that a booking link will resolve to the exact property you were viewing, that any price shown will still be available, or that a booking site will honour a particular rate. Please confirm the property, dates, and price on the booking site before paying.
You are responsible for your account security.
You agree not to misuse the platform. This includes not attempting to gain unauthorised access to other people's accounts or our systems, not scraping or bulk-extracting content, and not using the app to harass anyone.
The app lets you create content: trip reflections, which are private to you, and place reviews, which are public inside the app and visible to anyone using it, including people who are not signed in.
You keep ownership of what you write. By submitting a place review you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, and distribute that review within the app, and to show it alongside the place it describes. This licence exists so we can operate the feature; it ends for future display when you or we remove the review. We do not sell your content or license it to advertisers.
You are responsible for what you submit, and you confirm it is your own honest experience. Do not submit anything unlawful, defamatory, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or discriminatory; anything that identifies another person without their consent, including staff or other guests; anything you were paid or otherwise compensated to write; anything you copied from another source; or anything that is not a genuine account of a real visit.
We may remove content that breaches these terms, and may suspend accounts that repeatedly do so. We do not routinely review content before it is published, and a review appearing in the app is not an endorsement by us or a statement of fact by us. You can ask us to remove something you wrote by contacting us.

Nested Travel offers two subscription tiers:

Pro Tier (monthly or annual subscription):
Free tier users receive 1 AI-generated itinerary per calendar month. This limit resets automatically on the 1st of each month. Unused AI credits do not roll over. Pro subscribers have unlimited AI usage. AI-generated itineraries are suggestions only and may not reflect real-time availability.

Pro is available as a monthly or an annual subscription. The price of each plan is shown in the app and on the App Store or Google Play payment sheet, in your local currency, before you confirm. Payment will be charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew for the same period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
