User Accounts

You are responsible for your account security.

You agree not to misuse the platform.

Intellectual Property

All content belongs to Nested Travel.

Subscription Tiers

Nested Travel offers two subscription tiers:

Free Tier:

• 1 active trip at a time
• Save up to 15 places
• 1 AI-generated itinerary per month (resets on the 1st)
• PDF export

Pro Tier ($6.99/month):

• Unlimited trips
• Unlimited saved places
• Unlimited AI trip generation and regeneration
• Offline trip access
• 3-day free trial for new subscribers

AI Usage Policy

Free tier users receive 1 AI-generated itinerary per calendar month. This limit resets automatically on the 1st of each month. Unused AI credits do not roll over. Pro subscribers have unlimited AI usage. AI-generated itineraries are suggestions only and may not reflect real-time availability.

Payment Methods

Nested Travel accepts the following payment methods depending on your platform:

iOS (iPhone/iPad):

• Apple Pay via App Store
• Payment charged to your Apple ID account

Android:

• Google Pay via Google Play Store
• Payment charged to your Google Play account

Subscription & Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $6.99 USD. New subscribers receive a 3-day free trial. Payment will be charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase (after the trial period ends for new subscribers). Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Managing Your Subscription:

• iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
• Android: Google Play Store → Subscriptions

Free Trial

New Pro subscribers receive a 3-day free trial. During the trial period, you have full access to all Pro features. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial to avoid being charged. Trial eligibility is limited to one trial per user/account.

Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period
• No further charges will be made to your payment method
• When your billing period ends, your account will revert to Free tier
• You must reduce your trips and saved places to within Free tier limits

Refund Policies:

• iOS: Refunds are handled by Apple according to App Store policies
• Android: Refunds are handled by Google according to Play Store policies

Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited under Florida law.

Florida law governs these Terms.
